INGREDIENTS

• 75ml/2.5oz Zyr Vodka
• 15ml/.25oz Dry vermouth (chilled from the fridge)
• Classic garnish: Martini olives
• Alternative garnish: Lemon twist

METHOD

• Chill a martini glass by filling with ice and water
• Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
• Add 2.5oz of vodka to shaker and shake vigorously for at least 30 seconds to chill and dilute
• Pour vermouth into chilled glass; rinse & shake out any excess.
• Strain contents of shaker into your martini glass
• Garnish with olives or a lemon twist
